Today heralds the start of National Smile month which runs from 18th May – 18th June 2020.  During this time we will be sending out tips and hints on what you can do for your smile, and what we can do to improve it!  It may not seem like it right now in this strange and unsettling time, but it’s important to remember that there are still plenty of reasons to smile – here are just a few.

Relieves stress, boosts your immune system, helps you stay positive, makes you look younger, makes you appear successful, lowers your blood pressure, is contagious (in a good way, and is immune to social distancing!)

And… shows off your pearly whites!

A nice set of teeth is key to a nice smile, so it’s important to take care of them.  Click here for some tips and pointers for some toothbrushing tips and hints

As you know we aren’t able to open up yet, and are anticipating that we will remain closed until 4th July based on recent guidance from the government.

However, as from today, we are able to undertake FREE digital consultations via our website, so if there is any aspect of your teeth or smile that you are unhappy with or would like to discuss while we are still in lockdown then visit and click on the Digital Smile Consultation button and we will do the rest.

As always, if you have a dental emergency (severe pain or swelling) please ring 0113 2402140 between 9am and 5pm Monday – Sunday and you will be directed to the on call dentist who can advise you further.  We are also monitoring the practice email daily so if you have non emergency or general queries please feel free to email, and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as possible.
