Whilst we aren’t able to see you for your routine appointments, we have nonetheless been thinking about Patient Care. With this in mind we are pleased to announce that we have invested in Digital Consultation Software to allow us to do a ‘remote check in’ so we can see any issues that may be brewing and make a plan for you that we can implement when we do reopen.
This software involves analysis of digital photos taken of your mouth (by you or your nearest and dearest) that are uploaded onto the site. A dentist will then view the images and send you a bespoke report and make recommendations for treatment. Although this will not replace your face to face check up, it will allow us to plan your next appointment with us more thoroughly.
If you would like us to undertake a remote consultation about any issues you may have, or indeed any treatments you would simply like to consider then please visit our website or click here to go straight to the consultation form.
We are also working on implementing a “Contactless Visit” at the practice when we do reopen: a way that you can still attend your dental appointments, but with peace of mind that all unnecessary points of contact have been removed. This includes your arrival and departure through reception, and we will be sending you more information about this over the next few weeks.
Please remember that for dental emergencies you can contact the Practice, where we can advise you on the best course of action during lockdown.
