I can confirm that from 30th November 2023, Oakwood Dental Practice will no longer be under contract with the NHS and therefore will be unable to offer you NHS dental treatment beyond this date. As you know we are committed to high quality preventive dental care, and would love to have the opportunity to continue providing this to you on a private basis at Oakwood.

We have been working extremely hard to agree for your dental care to be transferred to a local practice and am happy to inform you that TEMPLE PRACTICE, Moortown will be taking the NHS contract over from 1st December 2023. If you would prefer to continue your care under the NHS then please go to www.templepractice.com where you can find further details.
PLEASE DO NOT PHONE OAKWOOD DENTAL PRACTICE WITH QUERIES as we need to keep the phone lines clear for emergency appointment requests.
Please note that all outstanding debt from previous treatment courses on the NHS must be cleared before the 29th November, as the new practice will not accept any patients with current outstanding debt and your NHS place will be forfeit. My team will be in touch over the next 7 days to collect any outstanding payments if present on your account with us.
